Theme: Rewriting Stories + Remembering Who You Are

In this first month, we lay the sacred groundwork for everything to come.
You’ll be held in a space of deep listening, compassion, and non-judgment where your nervous system can finally begin to exhale.

We meet twice a week for 1-hour virtual sessions, designed to help you feel seen, heard, and gently reconnected to the truth of who you are beneath the noise and the fog.

What We Focus On:
  • Opening Ceremony
  • Rewriting the stories that shaped you, through new lenses of safety and empowerment
  • Understanding how your nervous system still responds to old memories as if they’re happening now—and how to lovingly update that pattern
  •  Creating safety in your body through storytelling, truth-telling, and gentle reorientation
  • Identifying the difference between living from fear/chase versus presence/intention
  • Beginning the journey of learning what truly makes you happy
  • Deep cellular hydration protocol (that you'll love)

This is where we begin to clear the fog; not by forcing change, but by offering the nervous system the one thing it has craved all along: safety to be seen.

What You’ll Receive:
  • 2x/week 1-hour 1:1 virtual sessions
  • A sacred space for heart-sharing, truth-telling, and nervous system unwinding
  • Journal prompts (20 total for the month) designed to help you uncover:

         What lights you up 
         What brings you peace
         What parts of you were abandoned
         that now want to be seen

  • Practices for exploring joy and reconnection (e.g., revisiting childhood hobbies, treats, sensory experiences)
  • A “Happiness Journal” start guide—a tool you’ll build throughout our time together to reference when stress arises

Life Skill Taught in Month One:
Presence Over Performance — learning how to lead yourself with intention, rather than reacting from survival patterns of chasing, grinding, or proving.
